The following steps will allow you to reset your internet login password for your DC TAG. Once you have completed this, you will be able to login and view your transactional history, change your personal details, or change your card's PIN.

What’s my verification code?Turn your DC TAG over. On the back there is a series of numbers. Your verification code is the last three digits (see diagram below).
