Forgot Your Password

The following steps will allow you to reset your internet login password for your ULTIM8 Card. Once you have completed this, you will be able to login and view your transactional history, change your personal details, or change your card's PIN.

To reset the internet password of your ULTIM8 Card, enter your card number and verification code below.

Turn your ULTIM8 Card over. On the back there is a series of numbers. Your verification code is the last four digits (see diagram below).

Any field marked with an "*" must be entered for you to be able to proceed activating your card.
